How long can a player go without syncing?

The Pod holds an activity calendar of 7 days. 

So as long as a player Syncs at least every 7 days, their data will always be assigned to the right time, on the right day. However, even if a player syncs after 7 days, their total amount of Activity Points is never in question, and is always kept accurate.
