How many activity points will a Player earn per step?

As a rule of thumb, a player will earn about 4 to 6 Activity Points for a step, though that varies greatly depending on the kind of step (a walk earns fewer Activity Points, and a run earns more).

The number of Activity Points can also be affected by the player’s stride length, incline, the surface they're traveling, the hardness of their shoes, and other factors.

It's also important to note that the Sqord Booster does not track steps. Players earn Activity Points for all their movements. So a Player walking with their hands in their pockets will earn fewer points "per step" than a Player with their arms swinging freely.
