What does a player do if their Pod blinks when tapped, but the Sqord mobile app (or SqordBoard) does not initiate a Sync?
Sometimes the Pod can remain connected to the Sqord app, and so it won't blink when it's tapped (it's already connected). Quit the Sqord App, and try again.
Players should also check to make sure Bluetooth is enabled on their mobile device.
If the problem persists, try syncing to another device. If that works, re-install your Sqord app and try again.
If a player is not able to sync to any device, there is likely a problem with the Pod itself, and it should be replaced.
